It has been seen often that regional language is preferred at places. Especially in government offices.
there have been proposals that the official language used for communication even in offices should be the regional language of a place.
the problem comes when a person from other part of the country has to work and has no understanding of the regional language of that place.
And is this promoting regionalism in some form?How do we still call India a democratic country.
