She is a famous Bollywood actress, who entered the film industry in the year 2006 with a leading character in the movie, Gangster.
Kangana was born to Asha and Amardeep. She has one sister, Rangoli and a brother, Akshit.
She completed her schooling in Dehradun. After that, she got shifted to Delhi to become a model and joined the Elite Modelling Agency in the year 2003.
Ranaut began her profession as a theatre actor in Delhi with Asmita Theatre Group.
She bagged training under well-known theatre director Arvind Gaur.
Ranaut also joined Asha Chandra's course in the year 2004 to make herself confident to confront the camera.
