The Korean car manufacturer, Hyundai Motor India Ltd launched its all new iGen i20, which is offered in 12 editions.
The petrol option of the novel edition will cost from Rs 4.73 lakh to Rs 6.65 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
The diesel edition will cost from Rs 5.96 lakh to Rs 7.44 lakh, whilst automatic option at Rs 7.67 lakh (ex- showroom Delhi).
While talking during the launch, BS Seo, Managing Director and CEO stated, “The New i-Gen i20 is a bold new offering with stylish looks and a host of unique features. Our extensive surveys indicated that the customer is seeking hi-tech and innovative features, we have incorporated the research findings in the i-Gen i20 to offer a high value proposition.”
The i-Gen i20 will boast an influential and advanced 1.2 Kappa petrol engine with double VTVT mechanism that delivers 84 ps of peak power and a mileage of 18.5 kmpl, whereas high-tech 1.4 U2 CRDi diesel features 6-speed manual transmission.
Another automatic edition boasts 1.4 Gamma petrol engine, which delivers 100 ps power and 13.9 kg-m of torsion and a mileage of 15 kmpl.
The novel model also comprised with 6 Airbags, an ABS system, clutch lock system, a smart pedal system, speed sensing auto door locking and impact sensing auto door unlocking and Reverse Parking Sensors.

Hyundai has a good base and their cars are better in terms of power and pricing.
so, i would not be surprised, if they generate good number of sales.
I think Hyundai is one of the best car company and trusted as well.
