The beginning of the new financial year, but, has promoted Renault to make improvements and not surprisingly make the most of the vast excise hike on petrol models by cunningly launching an all new high-end completely equipped diesel edition of its Fluence model.
Powered by the new generation of Renault’s largely victorious 1.5 dCi (K9K) Direct Injection Diesel Engine, the novel E4 edition of the Fluence gets a slight power up to 110PS @4,000rpm and 240Nm of torque @ 2,000rpm.
Matched to a 6-speed manual transmission, the novel E4 diesel option of the Fluence, according to Renault testing, claims a total mileage of 20.4kmpl.
