    For all who want lose weight must know that this requires persistence and time. Perhaps there is some secret means of instant weight loss but at least I have undoubtedly heard of any.

    Lose your weight in one week is very difficult.you need to do very work hard on it.Do gym exercise and yoga exercise.regularly running and cycling which is also important to lose your weight.you rally need to do work hard and don't miss any day to exercise.

    Hello according to me lossing a weight is not a difficult task. it just requres a habit of doing excercise and healthy food.

    For losing your weight quickly you should follow strict diet plan along with regular exercises.
    Do cardio exercises at morning time for at least 30 minutes daily and take simple and balanced foods.
    Avoid all types of junk foods, fast foods, and fried foods.

    Hi dear,
    1.drink more water
    2.to do exercise daily in the morning
    3.join gym
    4.playing sports(football,swimming,tennis)etc
    5.take balance diet

    Hello,
    I think in just one week it’s quite impossible to lose weight. But if you try to do some yoga and swimming and join gym...
    If possible then eat food just one time in a day...

    It is not a difficult task to reduce weight in a week. With some exercise and diet food we can lose weight. Running and jogging are best exercises and we should eat simple fat free food like fruits.
