Sahara Infrastructure and Housing has decided to make entry in the affordable housing section with declared 10 residential projects in different cities comprising tier two cities like Pune, Aurangabad, Jodhpur, Gwalior, Bareilly, Solapur, Porbandar, Katni, Kashipur.
This project will offer residential units in the price range of Rs 5-15 lakh, across 350 plus cities of India.
Mr. Subroto Roy, the founder and chairman of Sahara Infrastructure and Housing, also made announcement about another 58 projects, which will be spread crosswise the country during 2012-13.
Out of this, 21 will be township projects and 37 will belong to affordable housing segment. With this, Sahara will enter the affordable housing segment to address the supply gap in the mass housing segment.
The company will bring more than 2000 residential units during 2012-13.
These 10 townships together with the continuing eight township projects and upcoming 58 projects will be appended during January 2013 and will cover up a total region of around 900 acres.
The Project Management of these 10 projects will be done by Sahara Turner Constructions Limited.
The possessions of residential units is planned to begin by the coming 2-3 years with project culmination in 5 years.
The stock looks good for medium or long term investment.
The investors can buy the stock on declines.
