beware of choosing agents
Lauchlan Leishman is not a trustworthy agent at all. I bought 450,000 worth of property from Lauchlan Leishman and started a visa application with Jack Maple of Atlas Holdings over ONE YEAR AGO and I still do not have the visa!!! Their service is extremely good before i pay them up for some extra premium plan. But before i get what i really wanted, Jack Maple never stop sending me invoices for many different little legal fees, $1,000 here and $1,000 there! But guess what !? i still have NO visa application, NO rental income, NO bank account, NO company name.
I post this story here in this forum because i know Leishman is selling property in different places including India, Dubai and China right now, and he might do the same old tricks to you.
You may not trust my word, but a public Court record from HK Department of Justice should well explain my claim is legit and factful.

If you want to know more, just feel free to ask. After i have lost 5 years of my saving and even mortgaged my house hoping to get a better life but found out that i am cheated by this agent, i have did some digging on him and know many of his dirty history.

It is very important to choose a right real estate agent. You can conduct an interview so that you will have a number of choice to select the right one. You should check all the details especially license of the agents very well. You can also contact with the people with whom the agents worked before and can know about their past work experience
