    I would say that the key to staying fit and healthy is in combination of the right food and movement. I'm not talking about starving or spending 5 hours a day in gym. I'm talking about natural food with as less as possible unnatural supplements, about drinking still water and natural tea, about walking and keeping yourself moving at least as much as cleaning the house on your own and walking to the shop which is 200m away not driving a car. For a lot of us these simple things are really missing from daily life. Many people are also believing that exercising is only for those who want to lose weight or for bodybuilders, but that's so wrong. Everybody needs movement and some exercising in their daily life because it makes your bones and heart strong, it helps you to keep the right weight, and it strenghtens your body so you get sick rarely and don't have to fight with illnesses. The same as healthy food - it's not just for weight loss, but also for helping your body to function properly, to get necessary vitamins and stay strong. When you balance these things, you will see that also your mind can be peacefull and you can enjoy the life with more energy.

    If you have a part time job or are a student (me) it is really easy to stay fit as you finish at 3 most days so can go for a run or play football after school with friends and dont have to worry about anything else but if you are working full time it can be a lot harder, I recommend going for a 30min jog where you use to watch tv or something, it is only 30mins but if you do this 4-5 times a week it will increase your fitness drastically. Also drink 3-4 liters of water a day and make sure you eat early and dont skip breakfast. = P.E. Degree.

    i really appreciate to you.
    these are the most important points to maintain the the health.
    doing regular simple and meaningful exercise.
    eat fruits and vegetables.
    neglect fat foods and oily items.

    I agree with your reviews.Different exercises can keep us healthy and fit.But i like the running, swimming,and morning
    walk.These exercises is the best for good health and fitness.It is a very simple way for weight loss .

    Early to rise and early to bed is the best formula to keep healthy and fit.
    Exactly as we heard these lines from our childhood.. But with this health food is also needed.

    Hi All,
    Do exercise daily to manage stress and eat healthy diet meals. Increase water intake and avoid oily and fatty food.
    Avoid alcohol, smoking and other stimulants.

    Hi,

    I do agree that running exercises are the best thing to reduce weight and stay healthy. I go to gym and I can feel the difference.

    All the health fitness tips are very easy but I like to add few more.
    1- Always be happy and keep smiling. Don't stress out your self. Enjoy every good thing and try to get closer to the nature.
    2- Love everyone. Don't be always negative take things positive.
    3-Try to help others you will feel better.
